For female identified UZH postdocs holding a PhD.
In this online-workshop female identified UZH postdocs will learn how to plan, prepare and write a convincing grant proposal as main applicants. They will, among other things, get an overview about important currrent developments and challenges in Switzerland and Europe.
Participants have to work out & provide specific documents that have to be sent to the trainer before the workshop day (detailed information will be provided directly by the trainer/ the office for gender equality and diversity).
Theory, practical and interactive exercises, a lot of time for Q & A.
Female identified UZH postdocs holding a PhD (all disciplines or faculties welcome).
Susanne Matuschek has more than 18 years of experience in the topic: 8 years as program manager at the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) in the Career Division leading two funding schemes e.g., MHV Grants for female researchers. Add. she was Chair of two European Working groups on the topics of a “Conditions of a Research Career in Europe” and “Gender Issues”.
Since 2010, she has had her own company, MATUSCHEK CONSULTING, providing workshops, training and individual coaching services.
