Advice paper: Main focus of the Second LERU Gender Conference.

On 18 January the League of European Research Universities (LERU) published its newest advice paper Implicit bias in academia: A challenge to the meritocratic principle and to women's careers - And what to do about it (PDF, 310 KB) during a launch event in Brussels.

LERU has been delving into how implicit bias potentially undermines the academic meritocracy, consulting with Europe’s leading universities that make up its members to find out how they view implicit bias and how they deal with it.

This paper will be a main focus of the Second LERU Gender Conference, 14 - 15 June 2018 in Zurich. UZH is proud to host this conference.
