Closing Event: H.I.T. Program 2021-22

The H.I.T. Program 2021-22 ended with an event organized at the University of Bern on 8 April 2022.
In the morning session, the participants attended an interactive workshop on “Sustainable Impact: Science Politics in Switzerland and Europe”.
In the afternoon, the invited guests shared from their leadership experiences in top management roles in various academic institutions.
During the last session, participants and program Alumnae gave testimonials and direct feedback about the program.
The event ended with a networking Apero, to celebrate the 25 women professors from all Swiss universities, who have joined the H.I.T. Program Alumnae Network.
