Research Funding – SNSF Career: Lecture (2 October 2019)

In response to high demand for the workshops with Susanne Matuschek, an additional event will be organized on 2 October 2019 at the University of Zurich.

Content and goals

Participants will:

  • receive information about funding possibilities with focus on SNSF Career Funding
  • know the importance of being main applicant
  • know the differences, goodies and challenges of the SNSF Career Funding Schemes Ambizione, Eccellenza and PRIMA

Lecturer

Susanne Matuschek has more than 16yrs experience in the topic: 8 years as programme manager at the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) in the Career Division leading two funding schemes for early stage career researchers (e.g. MHV Grants for female researchers). She was Chair of two European Working groups on the topics of a “Conditions of a Research Career in Europe” and “Gender Issues”.  Since 2010 she runs with MATUSCHEK CONSULTING her own company with workshops, trainings, coaching.
