H.I.T. Program 2021-22

The H.I.T. Program 2021-22 started on 26 October 2021 with a Kick-off event organized at the University of Lucerne.

Twenty-five women full and associate professors from all Swiss universities participate in this program.

Throughout the program, the participants will have the opportunity to meet leaders from Swiss universities, federal agencies and other academic bodies responsible for higher education and research policies, and discuss about the current challenges and opportunities in higher education.

In addition, several program Alumnae will join the participants on several occasions and share from their own leadership experiences and career stories.

The program is structured around training modules, individual coaching and leadership shadowing, professional networking and peer-mentoring.

Several workshops led by internationally well-known leadership experts are organized in Lucerne, Neuchâtel and Bern, as well as online.
